Polyfluor offers fluoroplastic, semi-finished products in the form of plates, foil/film, rods, and tubes, among other. The complete range is available in five different compounds, including virgin fluoroplastic, virgin modified PTFE, compounds in all fluoroplastics, porous PTFE, and PEEK.
Our PTFE rods are available in various diameters and in different lengths. We supply both rolls and reels with various production lengths, straight lengths of 1000, 2000, and 3000 mm, or in customer-specific cut lengths. For applications where exact diameter and roundness are required, we recommend ground PTFE rod. This bar is processed after extrusion, so the desired diameter and roundness is always guaranteed.
Polyfluor PTFE sheets are available in various sizes and thicknesses. These are standard delivered from stock in various thicknesses with dimensions of 1200 x 1200 mm. Other dimensions are also possible on request. For applications where static charge is undesirable, we recommend anti-static PTFE sheets, which safely diverts the static charge. If the PTFE sheets need to be glued, we recommend one-sided or two-sided, etched PTFE sheets.
Films and foil are semi-finished products with a maximum thickness of 5 mm. The films and foils are peeled from PTFE tubes. The width and length can be fully adjusted according to your wishes. For applications where the PTFE film or PTFE foil needs to be glued, it is best to opt for one-sided or two-sided etching.
PTFE tubes are available in various diameters and lengths. Up to a diameter of 120 mm, we can supply extruded standard lengths of 1000, 2000, and 3000 mm. Larger diameters up to 3000 mm are also pressed. The maximum length depends on the diameter and varies from 100 mm to 300 mm.
Polyfluor supplies PCTFE rods in various diameters, in straight lengths of 1000, 2000, 3000 mm, or cut-to-size. For applications where exact diameter and roundness are required, we recommend ground PCTFE bars.
